Domestic Airport Site Visit (1 July 2026)

Hawkins is delivering Auckland Airport’s new Domestic Jet Terminal project which will integrate its domestic terminal and international passenger function to create a world-class facility.

You must be registered to attend the Site Visit.

Construction Period: 2024–2029.

Procurement Model: Collaborative delivery model with Auckland Airport, Hawkins, designers, and key stakeholders.

Objective: Integrate domestic terminal and international passenger function.

Project Scope Includes:

• New Headhouse Building – Main passenger processing facility including check-in, security screening, baggage handling, and arrivals.
• 240-metre Gate Pier (Pier A1) – Providing 12 gates with 9 aerobridges.
• Landside Civil Works – Roading, services, public access areas, and terminal interface works.
• Integrated Baggage Handling Systems and supporting airport infrastructure

Required PPE

PPE is required for participation in the site visit, if you do not arrive with the appropriate PPE you may not be allowed on site for health and safety reasons.

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

• Long trousers
• Long sleeves (wrist to ankle)
• High-viz
• Lace up safety boots (elastic side boots are not permitted)
• Safety glasses
• A hard hat with a chin strap
