Registration Fees

FIATA Members
Registration is free of charge. An F&B (Food & Beverage) contribution of CHF 370 applies.

Early Bird: CHF 330
Register before 31 December 2026 to benefit from the early-bird rate.

Non-Members
The registration fee, including the F&B contribution, is CHF 790.

Swiss visa information and FAQ - Entry

Usual deadlines to obtain a Swiss or Schengen visa can take up to 2 to 3 months.

The Swiss authorities recommend booking your visa appointment at least 2 months before the planned departure.

Should you need a visa letter for your visa application (see below), please note that FIATA will not issue visa letters after 12 February 2027.

Please note that visa letters can only be issued upon receipt of payment and are not subject to refund under any circumstances.

REFUND POLICY

Registration fees : In the event of cancellation after 26 February 2027, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Visa Invitation Letter Fees: In the event of cancellation, visa invitation letter fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Please note that no visa invitation letters will be issued after 12 February 2027.

Please carefully verify all information submitted for your FIATA visa invitation letter.

Any request for an additional visa invitation letter will incur an additional charge of CHF 40.00 per letter.

Social Events: Confirmed attendance at social events by RSVP followed by a no-show will be charged a fee of CHF 50 per person.

Kind reminder: Travel or credit card insurance may cover cancellation fees in cases of force majeure. Participants are encouraged to check the terms and extent of their coverage directly with their insurer.

FIATA Image Notice :

Throughout the event, photos, video recordings, and other digital media (“Images”) may be captured by or on behalf of FIATA, in which participants may appear. FIATA processes such Images for FIATA‑related purposes, including event documentation, reporting, and informational or promotional materials. Images may appear in various current or future media formats without geographical limitation, including FIATA websites, publications, promotional materials, and social media. Images will not be used for purposes unrelated to FIATA activities or for commercial gain.

FIATA retains the necessary intellectual property and usage rights in the Images, and participants acknowledge they have no right to inspect or approve the final product in which their Image appears, nor are they entitled to payment, royalties, or other compensation.

Participants may object to future use of Images relating to them at any time by contacting events@fiata.org. For identifiable portraits or close‑up Images, FIATA will, where reasonably practicable, cease future use. For wide‑angle or contextual Images where individuals are not the primary focus, FIATA will assess the request and take reasonable steps, recognising that removal may not always be practicable. Any objection applies prospectively only and does not affect Images already lawfully used or published.

Please be advised that FIATA assumes no responsibility or liability for the following:

  • last-minute changes to the event programme;
  • inaccuracies in the personal information provided by attendees;
  • any visa refusal resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect personal information submitted to FIATA;
  • any visa refusal occurring after the Refund Policy deadline (REMINDER: cancellation deadline for registration refund is 27 February 2027)
  • false, misleading or fraudulent statements or documents submitted or made by attendees;
  • failure to comply with deadlines for registration, payments, refund policies, or visa letter requests.

None of the above shall grant any entitlement to special rights or considerations.
