I am pleased to invite you to our Growth & Agility Summit – Imagination in Action, taking place from 5 - 8 October 2026 at the Renaissance Hotel in Amsterdam.

2026 has been a defining year for Arcadis. Through Reimagining Arcadis, we are transforming our business at pace, strengthening our foundations, and positioning ourselves for the future.

But Reimagining Arcadis is about more than structures and operating models. It is about the values we demonstrate, the behaviours we model, and the priorities we set every day. As senior leaders, leading this culture shift is one of our most important responsibilities. Our success depends not only on what we do, but on how we lead.

Before we come together in October, we will have shared the next chapter of our strategy at Capital Markets Day. The focus will then shift from defining our ambition to delivering it.

We have reimagined Arcadis. Now it is time to put imagination into action.

This Summit is an opportunity to turn ambition into delivery. Together, we will challenge our thinking, strengthen our connections, and build a shared understanding of the role each of us plays in shaping the future of Arcadis. We will explore how imagination can help us unlock new opportunities, solve complex challenges, and create lasting value for our clients, investors, and communities.

When and where

The conference is taking place from 18:30 CET Monday 5 October to 16:00 CET on Thursday 8 October 2026. Conveniently located in the heart of Amsterdam's city centre, Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel  offers easy access to touristic and historic landmarks and cultural treasures.

Please arrive by 15.00 CET on Monday 5 October to allow you time to check in, get settled and join the welcome drinks and dinner starting at 18.30 CET.
