On behalf of the Science & Technology Organization and the Platform Systems and Technology (PST)* Scientific and Technical Committee (STC)'s Leadership Team, we are pleased to invite eligible participants to register for the 1st PST STC Meeting Week.
The Meeting Week will bring together STC members, activity members, invited experts and guests for a programme of plenary meetings, sub-group and activity meetings, Research Specialists' Meetings and networking events.
*Formerly known as the Applied Vehicle Technology (AVT) Panel before 01 July 2026.

Registration Process
As part of the registration process, participants will be asked to indicate the meetings and events they expect to attend. Please note that registration requests are subject to review and approval. Due to security requirements, the Meeting Week Schedule, exact locations and logistical information will become available only to approved participants in their Personal Area. Participants are encouraged to verify their selections after registration is approved, as meeting schedules may affect attendance plans.
What Happens Next?
- Submit your registration request, and make a pre-selection of the meetings and events you will attend.
- Your participation will be reviewed according to security requirements and either approved or rejected.
- If approved, you will receive an email that grants you access to your Personal Area of the website, which contains the Meeting Week Schedule and all logistical information.
- Review the Schedule and confirm that your selected meetings and events remain accurate.
