FLA Annual Dinner 2027 – Booking

Please Note:

  • Tickets can only be booked by FLA member companies. Non-members are very welcome to attend as guests of a member company.
  • Please nominate a table host – the person attending the Dinner who will host your guests and act as the main point of contact throughout the evening.
  • If you're making the booking for someone else and won't be attending, select "I'm booking on behalf of the table host" once you have entered the host's details.
  • Please enter all names and companies exactly as you would like them to appear in all event material.
  • Tables are for 10 guests. A limited number of tables of 12 may be available on request. Please contact annualdinner@fla.org.uk to discuss your requirements.

Data

The information you provide will be used to administer your booking and deliver the FLA Annual Dinner. This includes issuing tickets and joining instructions, producing table name cards, and preparing guest and seating lists.

Email addresses will not be published. They will be shared with our event management partner, Seventy Events, solely for the purpose of distributing tickets, event information and post-event feedback surveys on behalf of the FLA.

If you choose to opt in, your name, job title, company and email address will also be shared with Solifi, Headline Partner of the FLA Annual Dinner 2027, in accordance with the consent that follows  (see Headline Partner).

Please ensure that all guests whose details you provide are aware of how their information will be used as described above.

Code of Conduct  

The FLA is committed to providing a professional, respectful and inclusive environment for all attendees. Our Code of Conduct can be found here, and all guests are expected to comply with it.

Cancellation

If a guest is unable to attend, a substitute attendee may be nominated at any time.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to annualdinner@fla.org.uk and will take effect from the date they are received.

Table or ticket cancellation policy:  

  • Up to 15 November 2026: 100% refund  
  • 16 November – 29 December 2026: 50% refund  
  • From 30 December 2026 onwards: No refunds  

Age Restrictions

  • The FLA Annual Dinner is open to guests aged 18 years and over
