This year’s International Pathology Day meeting will explore the crucial and ever evolving role of pathology in population screening a key European level priority. It will include a look at early-life and paediatric programmes to national cancer screening and emerging approaches in haematology. The day will bring together experts from pathology, screening services, clinical practice and patient advocacy to examine how pathology contributes to early detection, diagnosis, quality assurance and the delivery of effective population health programmes.
