IMPACT 2027 brings together employers, people with disability, policymakers, advocates and service providers for two days at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on 10 and 11 May 2027.

This year's theme is IMPACT 2027: Levers for change. We'll showcase and explore the practical mechanisms that shift disability employment outcomes. Across the programme we look at strategy and data, leadership, employee networks, technology, policy and collective action, and how organisations pull those levers in practice.

Expect real examples from organisations doing the work, expertise grounded in lived experience, and time to connect with peers facing the same questions.
