How do I book accommodation?

The deadline for booking accommodation is 9th September 2026.

Agent Attendees

  • B&B accommodation for agents is hosted by Warwick Conferences for the night of 8th October.
  • Please request your accommodation during your registration. Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Supplier Attendees

You can book accommodation directly with Warwick Conferences . Please provide the reference code below when booking.

  • The single occupancy rate for suppliers is £60.00 per person inc VAT
  • Payment – Client to pre-pay, non-refundable and non transferable rate
  • The rate is valid for the night of the 8th October 2026 at Scarman only. Please select Scarman when booking
