Overview

The CVC Roundtable Series is an invitation-only programme convened by Innovate UK Business Connect to bring together leading corporate venture capital units and corporations investing in early-stage innovation. The sessions are designed to deepen CVC engagement with the UK innovation ecosystem, generate market intelligence and identify practical opportunities for investment and collaboration.

The first session, CVC Capital & Investment Landscape, will explore what CVCs are looking for and where UK opportunities fit. The discussion will focus on high growth innovation sectors and technologies, what makes the UK attractive or less attractive for CVC investment, barriers to deploying more capital into UK companies, and opportunities for greater collaboration and co-investment. This is a facilitated roundtable designed to encourage candid peer discussion and generate useful investor intelligence to inform subsequent sessions in the series.
