*Please be advised VAT will be applicable depending on the country in which your company is registered. (UK - 20% VAT, Austria or EU countries - 0% and reverse charge treatment applies, Countries outside of EU and the UK - 0%)
* Please be advised that our smaller booth options (Poster Board Stands, 2x2m and some 3x2m stands) are reserved for Not for Profit and Academic organisations only. If you select one of these options you maybe asked at a later date to provide evidence of this status.
** The Start Up Zone will be for organisations that can show they have begun trading in the past 2 years. The Startup Zone is specifically reserved for new companies who have not exhibited at AMEE before and who meet the full criteria. There are a limited number of spaces and they will be offered on a first come first serve basis. If you select one of these options you may be asked at a later date to provide evidence of this status.
*** AMEE members are entitled to a 10% discount on Posterboard, 2mx2m and 3mx2m stands. A discount code will be emailed to you.
** Exhibition Pass includes: Conference sessions, Opening Ceremony/ Reception, access to the Exhibition, onsite Catering and access to the Swapcard platform (not entitled to CME points). Additional exhibitor conference passes: 600 Euros (+ VAT if applicable).
