This event is hosted in collaboration with ADViCE (Artificial Intelligence for Decarbonisation Virtual Centre of Excellence). Bringing together industry leaders, innovators, and researchers, it will explore where AI is already creating value, where barriers still remain, and how collaboration can help accelerate practical, scalable deployment for decarbonisation and wider industrial impact.
During the event, you will also have the opportunity to tour the Digital Catapult Future Networks Lab, gaining insight into emerging technologies, discovering potential solutions, and sparking new ideas for innovation and deployment.
The Industrial Decarbonisation AI Coalition (IDAIC) is a collaborative initiative, led by Innovate UK Business Connect, Nexus Climate and Cleantech for UK. IDAIC brings together industrial companies, AI developers, researchers and others to unlock the potential of AI in industrial decarbonisation. The coalition aims to identify practical opportunities, address barriers such as data access, interoperability, skills and intellectual property, and accelerate the development and deployment of real-world solutions through shared learning, case studies and collaboration.
Artificial Intelligence for Decarbonisation’s Virtual Centre of Excellence (ADViCE), funded by the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero, aims to accelerate the development of innovative artificial intelligence (AI) technologies for decarbonisation applications, to support the UK’s transition to Net Zero.
The project is led by the Digital Catapult, in partnership with Energy Systems Catapult and the Alan Turing Institute.
