Please note the refund policy below:

 If the EVENT is cancelled by the organiser, attendees will receive a FULL refund, including processing fees.

 If an ATTENDEE cancels their registration, they will receive a refund as described below, less processing fees. 

  • Registrations cancelled before 2 October 2026 will be refunded the full registration fee, less any processing fees.
  • Registrations cancelled after 2 October 2026 will not be eligible for a refund under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the organising committee. 

For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded.
