The annual ASA below 40 Fall Seminar returns to Zurich under the theme “Arbitration Under Pressure: Uncomfortable Evidence, Guerrilla Tactics & Contracts Under Fire.”

Three panels will tackle the less comfortable sides of arbitration:

1. Awards, Bribes & Other Uncomfortable Evidence
2. Guerrilla Tactics: When Does Procedural Disruption Become Good Advocacy?
3. Arbitration in the Defence Industry: Contracts Under Fire

And this year comes with a bittersweet moment: after three memorable years as Zurich Co-Chair, we’ll celebrate Nino Sievi as his term comes to an end, thank him for everything he has brought to ASA below 40, and welcome our new Zurich Co-Chair. Expect drinks, dinner and, quite possibly, a few emotional speeches.
