This event is limited to our clients and guests only. Places are limited, are not transferrable and are not confirmed unless reserved.

Your acceptance of this invitation represents your confirmation that your attendance complies with applicable laws, regulations and corporate internal policies which may apply to you, noting that this invitation is offered to you on a complimentary basis by Standard Chartered and/or our group entities (collectively the “Bank”). If needed, you are welcome to contact us for further details of the event (including approximate per head value) to assist you in complying with any applicable laws, regulations, or corporate internal policies.

Your Personal Data collected by us will be kept confidential and will only be disclosed to any agency, contractor, or third-party service provider on a need-to-know basis in connection with the abovementioned purposes. Your Personal Data will be immediately destroyed after the event’s completion, other than your name and attendance record which will be kept for one year for future planning purposes. 

By accepting this invite and attending the event, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

You acknowledge and grant to the Bank the right to photograph, record, film or capture your likeness and to use and publish the same in print and/or electronically, through any medium or channel of distribution, whether in its original format or edited or altered in any way we deem appropriate. We may use any such images of you for any lawful purpose, including for publicity, illustration, advertising and Web content. You agree that the whole of the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the photographs, videos, audio and all other recordings belong to us and you waive all claim to them.

Updated terms take effect immediately. By continuing your registration or attending, you agree to the changes.
