About Events

•We have 27 topics related to different areas of health and wellbeing ,cost of living,  employment needs and are delivered by counsellors or experts on the topic

•Topics are delivered up to 7 days a week, including evening and weekends, through this dedicated event website providing anonymity and convenience at flexible times throughout the week.

•Each topic lasts 2 hours and is designed to boost customer confidence, serving as a vital first step towards progression—especially for those furthest from the labour market.

•Our Connect Mentor provides one-to-one support to each customer, ensuring they have all the help they need to access the live online sessions.

event Management

Event Management for our customers

If referred from one of our partner organisations then you will benefit from joining our training sessions. You will receive a welcome email from ourselves. This e-mail will include a unique customer reference number which you will need use to register for the sessions. We will also be sending out a guidance e-mail where you can download our Cvent event mobile application if you prefer to book your sessions and interact with us using your mobile phone. Facilitators/Speaker community

For our facilitator and speaker community, you will receive a dedicated email listing the sessions/tasks you have been invited into as host from our session planners.

Referral Partners

For our referral partners, we will be sending out an invitation into our event website where you can refer customers who you believe will benefit from the Connect training sessions. This email will enable the registration of event attendees with their customer’s details and reasons for referral. Once the customer registration is complete, the invitation confirmation is sent to your customers to update their information and register for events themselves.
