Registration update – Gala dinner fully booked
Registrations on the event website have been closed as we have reached our full capacity of 300 participants for the gala dinner.
However, it is still possible to register for the Welcome evening on Wednesday, as well as for the meetings taking place on Thursday and Friday and the optional activities.
A waiting list for the Gala Dinner will be made available in case of cancellations.

The 2026 edition of our flagship event will take place from 3–5 June in the scenic, millennia-old village of Lazise on Lake Garda. With its charming towns, breathtaking landscapes, and outstanding food and wine, the province of Verona offers an exceptional setting.
Our home for the three days will be TH Lazise – Hotel Parchi del Garda, ideally located between the historic towns of Peschiera and Lazise, and just a short walk from the shores of Lake Garda.
During the meetings on Thursday and Friday, we will take an in-depth look at global supply, demand, and trade dynamics, while keeping a sharp focus on escalating geopolitical challenges. A distinguished group of renowned dairy experts—both long-standing contributors and new voices—has already confirmed participation. Additional speakers and full programme details will be announced shortly.
The evening and social programme promises equally memorable experiences, including a welcome reception in a 14th-century customs house, a gala dinner at a countryside villa surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, and a choice of leisure activities such as cycling, boating, and an excursion to nearby Verona, known as the City of Love and Little Rome.
