Event Terms & Conditions

This event (“the Event”) is organised by Masters of Industry (“the Organiser”) and sponsored by Cloudinary (“the Sponsor”).

By completing your registration, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility & Registration
    Attendance is by invitation only and subject to confirmation by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration at its discretion.
  2. Event Details
    The Event is complimentary for invited guests. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the agenda, speakers, or venue, or to cancel the Event at any time.
  3. Personal Data
    Information submitted during registration will be processed by the Organiser in accordance with UK GDPR. Data may be shared with the Sponsor solely for post-event follow-up relevant to the Event. Your details will not be sold or shared beyond this purpose.
  4. Photography & Media
    The Event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of such media by the Organiser and Sponsor for marketing and communication purposes.
  5. Health, Safety & Conduct
    Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and comply with all venue policies. The Organiser accepts no liability for personal belongings or injuries except where caused by its negligence.
  6. Cancellations / No-Shows
    As places are limited, please notify the Organiser if you are unable to attend so that your place may be reallocated.
