Before you go:
Double-check your personal travel letter for your departure time and meeting point, and remember to arrive
15 minutes before departure.

When you arrive at Strömstad Spa & Resort, head to the Evidi Info Desk to check in. Luggage storage and light refreshments will be available.

The conference programme starts at 15:00 sharp on Friday, so make sure you’ve checked in and are seated in the conference hall in good time.

We’ll also keep you updated with practical information by SMS throughout the weekend.

*Cancellation Policy for Evidi Weekend 2026

Registration for Evidi Weekend is binding. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and plans may need to change.

If you need to cancel your participation after the cancellation deadline, at a point when Evidi is already committed to covering the cost of your stay, we kindly ask you to provide valid documentation confirming that you are unable to travel as planned. In most cases, this means providing a medical certificate, unless otherwise agreed with your immediate manager.
