Credit Card Payment Testing Site

Please follow below steps to test your newly created Merchant account

1. Create a copy event from this Credit Card Payment testing template.

2. In the Registration settings, enable Pricing and select the newly created merchant account and currency.

3. Enable Credit Card payment option instead of offline on the payment summary page.

4. Set up a $1 fee payment and verify the refund policy.

5. Launch the site and open the registration.

6. Complete a test registration from your side, verify payment details under Orders and Payments in the Attendee Profile.

7. After 24 hours, initiate refund using submit refund from Attendee Profile.

8. Once payment and refund are successful, share the live registration form link with the requestor to test and complete registration, payment.

9. Process the refund for requestors after 24 hours of the transaction. Refunds are credited within 5–7 business days.
