This full-day workshop is designed to help participants
move beyond high-level principles and develop a clear,
practical understanding of what effective AI governance
looks like in practice.
The session will explore how organisations can:
- Establish accountability and oversight for AI systems
- Assess risk, impact, and trustworthiness of AI-driven decisions
- Understand emerging cybersecurity and social-engineering risks
- Confidently question and challenge AI outputs
- Design governance and assurance approaches that are auditable and defensible
- Align governance activity with evolving standards and regulation, including the EU AI Act and ISO/IEC 42001
The day will include real-world examples, case studies,
interactive discussion, and practical exercises, helping
bridge the gap between technical considerations and governance outcomes.
This is a full day training workshop charged at £250 per ticket for ILC members, £300 for members of other ISACA chapters, and £400 per ticket for non-members.
