Gaurav advises organisations on talent availability, market trends, salaries and workforce strategy, including the impact of AI on hiring and reskilling. Previously with IBM for nearly a decade, he holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge.

Owanate Bestman — Founder & Director, Bestman Solutions Founder of a specialist Cybersecurity, AI and Technology leadership consultancy and executive search firm. With 15+ years' experience, Owanate advises CISOs, CIOs, CTOs and organisations on executive talent, fractional leadership and organisational transformation. He regularly speaks and writes on technology leadership and the changing nature of work.
