Welcome to the registration page for the 35th Session of the Regional Conference for Europe (ERC). The registration is available in 4 (four) languages: English, French, Spanish and Russian. 

The 35th Session of the Regional Conference for Europe (ERC) will be convened on 11-15 May 2026 in the Somon Palace in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.

Given that Somon Palace is a highly secured governmental complex, participants are required to upload a copy of their passport during the registration process. The information will be shared by the Secretariat with the Government of Tajikistan strictly for the purpose of granting access and preparing the entrance badge prior to arrival. All personal data will be treated as confidential and processed in accordance with applicable data‑protection and security requirements.

Although arrangements are made to enable online participation, a stable internet connection throughout the ERC cannot be guaranteed to support active participation and engagement through this modality. Physical attendance is therefore strongly encouraged.

Only registered and approved participants through this registration process will be issued entrance badges or receive the special Zoom access link.

The ERC will also be webcasted for public viewing, so please do not register if you are not a nominated participant from your country or invited organization.

The event will be recorded, including the capture of images, videos, and audio, for use in FAO reports, corporate communications, and other related publications to document and promote the event.

Registration is open until 30 April, but we advise to complete the registration process
by 12 April in case you would require visa to enter Tajikistan.
