ACCOMODATION AND TRAVEL

Your travel and accommodation will be covered by Almirall/ICON and booked by the event team. Following your registration, a member of the team will email you regarding your travel options. 

• We will book your flight into Barcelona the afternoon/evening of 3rd December and then departing following the meeting on the 4th December.
• Transfers will be arranged for you to and from the train station/airport.
• If you wish to travel outside these dates/times please send an email to Almirall@shoreevents.com with reasoning for this request and we will do our best to accommodate within the guidelines.
