You will need the following information for all attendees to complete a registration :

2 workshop choices for any delegates attending Friday  (from the 6 sessions which repeat AM & PM Friday) Note: You may need a 3rd/4th workshop preference as some workshops are full

Dietary requirements
Any special requests
ALC membership status (Paid up members have a discounted residential conference rate)
Twin 2 complete delegate registrations are required to secure a twin share room and rate

LIMITED RESIDENTIAL PLACES AVAILABILE

If the residential packages sell out you can book non-res to confirm your conference space and workshop choices then email alc@cpluse.co.uk to request to be wait-listed for a residential package.

We have unconfirmed rooms for speakers at this stage which may still become available and there are always cancellations so availability changes daily. Any beds becoming available will be offered to the wait listed in order of emails received.

If you are wait listed but wish to secure accommodation elsewhere, pending any residential package availability we suggest booking a flexible rate elsewhere so you can cancel without charges

If you are booking on behalf of a delegate and you don't have preferred workshop selections, dietary or other requests, we suggest completing your bookings now to secure space
The registration can be amended with any available updates once the booking is completed. 

Workshops are also likely to sell out so if delegates wish to change the 2 you selected to complete a booking, please update ASAP after completion as we cannot guarantee availability of preferred options.
