ASA below 40 returns to Geneva to the iconic Hôtel Métropole Genève under the theme “Anti-Hero – Rethinking Arbitration from Within.” Bringing together the below 40 arbitration community, this year’s seminar will explore the challenges, realities, and future of arbitration through three dynamic panels, alongside a keynote address by a renowned arbitration practitioner and leading voices from the below 40 arbitration world.

The panels for this year's seminar are:

  1.  It’s Me, Hi – I’m the Problem, It’s Arbitration?
  2.  Mastermind – Inside the Arbitrator’s Decision-Making closed doors.
  3. Blank Space – Writing Your Arbitration Career

We will “Shake It Off” during the closing remarks, where we will announce the next ASA below 40 International Co-Chair, and hold a special farewell celebration honouring Nadja Al Kanawati’s outstanding contribution to the community over the past three years. The day doesn't end there as we will host a rooftop networking drinks followed by a dinner.
