Cancellation and Refund Policies

Cancellation Policy for Presenting Authors
Registration for authors with accepted papers (oral or posters) is non-refundable. This ensures the inclusion of their work in the final conference program.

Cancellation Policy for Attendees
Attendees may request cancellation of their registration before September 30, 2026. They will be refunded 75% of the amount paid, minus bank charges.

The refund will be processed within 30 business days.

Any cancellations received after the 1st October 2026 will be non-refundable.
