Refund policy: Refunds will be considered under extraordinary circumstances.

1. Cancellations made by February 17, 2027 are eligible for a 100% refund minus a 10% service fee.

2. Cancellations between February 17 and February 28, 2027 are eligible for a 50% refund.

3. No refunds will be issued after February 28, 2027.

4. Substitutions (name transfers) are allowed until March 4, 2027, at no charge.

5. Refund deadlines apply regardless of registration date. Late registrants are subject to the current refund phase at the time of their registration.

6. Refunds will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.

Note: Changes to registrations, from in-person to virtual or from virtual to in-person attendance, will be considered and processed on a case-by-case basis following communication with the conference committee.

No refunds will be applicable to registrants that did not show.

In the case of a conference cancellation, registrants will be notified and will have the option to shift their registration to the next year's conference or receive a refund.
