Is the event residential?

Yes, there is a programme of daytime and evening activities throughout the duration of the event. Link to make your accommodation reservation at the event venue is available under "Venue & Travel" for Monday, 23 November and Tuesday, 24 November (2 nights). If you are travelling from outside of Europe, we have some rooms available for Sunday, 22 November.

When does the event end?

The programme will end by 14:00 on Wednesday, 25 November. We appreciate that this week is Thanksgiving and that colleagues based in North America will need to depart promptly to travel home. We will factor this into the end time of the event.
