Is the event residential?

Yes, there is a programme of daytime and evening activities throughout the duration of the event. Link to make your accommodation reservation at the event venue is available under "Venue & Travel" for Monday 23 November and Tuesday 24 November (2 nights). If you are travelling from outside of Europe, we have some rooms available for Sunday 22 November.

When does the event end?

The programme will end between 13:00-14:00 on Wednesday 25 November. We appreciate that this week is Thanksgiving and that colleagues based in North America will need to depart promptly to travel home. We will factor this into the end time of the event.
